On Thursday 19th December, the whole school went to St. Andrew's Church for our Christmas Carol Service.
The service, led by Revd Bill O'Connell, started with prayers read by some pupils from Year 5 and then the music ensemble played "Silent Night".
Between the traditional Christmas Carols, Year 6 told us the Christmas Story, brought to life by Reception and Year 1 pupils forming a nativity tableau.
There was also a fun rendition of the 12 Days of Christmas, sung by the whole school, with different classes taking individual days.
The service ended with more prayers from Year 5.
We were very pleased to see the Church full of family members, which really helped to give the service a festive feeling and a great start to the Christmas season.
