We are visiting our French Link partner school, Ecole du Lac in St Cyr, in the Viennedépartement (86), near Poitiers.
This year’s visit will be focusing once more on our two schools’ joint Erasmus Plus project, ‘Small Steps to a Better World’
We will be travelling from St Pancras International station in London on Sunday June 11th, taking Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord. We’ll then take a coach across Paris to Gare Montparnasse to board a TGV train to Poitiers.
We are staying in a Hostel in St Cyr, next to a lake.
As well as visiting our partner school, we will be taking trips into Poitiers, La Rochelle and to nearby Futuroscope.
We will aim to give you updates on our activities using this blog as time and internet access allows. We will also be using the school Twitter account, @WPrimary, for headline news and the school text system if required.
