We held our Children in Need day on Wednesday 15th November because we had a very special surprise visitor.

We started our day, as is traditional at Wanborough Primary, with Pudsey Toast and Hot Chocolate with marshmallows - perfect on a crisp, bright morning.

Before the visitor arrived, Miss Johnson and some of the children were interviewed live on BBC Radio Wiltshire - you can hear the interview below.

Then it was time for the guest of honour - PUDSEY himself!

The Radio Interview

Pudsey cheered us on and encouraged the children as they took part in the "Bearpee Challenge" to raise money for Children in Need. Then he had his picture taken with the classes and the staff.

Miss Johnson was also interviewed for the TV coverage of the event.
