On Thursday 15th December we held our Christmas Celebration Service, reflecting the Christmas story from the Bible.

We had hoped to be able to hold this once more at St Andrew's Church, with families in attendance, but unfortunately the church is presently closed due to repairs to the roof, following the theft of the lead earlier in the year. There is an appeal to help fund this restoration work, if you would like to help, follow the link.

We were very happy to be able to welcome the Revd Sandy Railton to school, to give an address about the Christmas celebrations.

Prayers and readings were given by children from Year 5 and 6. Reception and Year 1 treated us to a rendition of 'Little Grey Donkey', from their show 'Miracle in Town'. We also sang some lively Christmas songs and a traditional carol.
