Thursday 21st saw the final day of school for another eventful year!
It was time to say "Goodbye" and "Best Wishes" to members of staff leaving this year.
Miss Grierson has been at the school for three years, starting her teaching career with a tough 2 years of lockdown and remote learning, but has come through with flying colours, bringing great teaching to all the year groups under her care.
Mrs Law has had a long association with Wanborough, coming here initially as Miss Clarke before moving away for a while, then returning later to ably cover SENDCo and Reception class through maternity leaves.
We also give good wishes for future success to all our leavers, both in Year 6 and also other families moving away from the area. You will all be remembered and missed.
Year 6 leavers received their Bibles from Rev Sandy:
At lunchtime all our leavers took part in a newer Wanborough tradition, the Guard of Honour from the rest of the school.
