On Thursday 19th March the whole school took part in another survey 'What's Under Your Feet?'.
It was good to get out in the fresh air, even if the ground was very soggy in places!
Nature keeps on doing its thing regardless, so we were happy to have a chance to see just how many wriggly worms and creepy crawlies we could find!
We hope that we may be able to do one more session in the summer.
Once again groups of children from all year groups dug up 30cm squares of turf from the school field, the area by the school garden, and the green space next to school. After the wet winter weather the ground is still incredibly wet, but we did our best to count and measure our finds.
